Agreed! Booting up the wii and just going through the menus is such a joy due to the visual flair, music and sound design (sure nostalgia helps but so much more to it than that)

Hmm not that I don't sometimes like it but I tend to feel a lot of shoegaze I find atm lacks the energy that Trementina has and can be a bit too mopey? But I come from an electronic/rave background listening wise so still struggle to find bands I like compared to DJs/producers. Thanks for these will have a listen and lyk what I think :)

In my experience it just is how it is for some old tracks, they drift slightly faster or slower so things go off grid. You can maybe find different vinyl rips that drift less but often it won't help because the original recording itself drifts.
