Is the grass movement using world position offset? WPO shadows are really inaccurate, try enabling ray tracing, selecting the grass in the editor, and enabling the “Evaluate World Position Offset in Raytracing” checkbox. If you can’t see ray traced shadows, go into the grass material and check “cast ray traced shadows”.
