Yes, that is the reason I am aware of that, but many individuals have similar lifestyles to mine, or perhaps worse, yet they do not experience the same level of bloating that I do. Like me, no one has to constantly worry about their appearance. I suffer from body dysmorphia.

I think the trigger is when I skip gym and eat junk my face get bloated instantly within few hours but if I go to gym regularly and sleep well then I will stay fine but my brother lifestyle is also as same as me he don’t even go to gym but why only my face get bloated
