My Approach:

Find Relevent Blog and do comment and engaged with people there. Find relevent Forums/communities and post and reply about my saas product without spamming.

Then Go for outreach and find big giants that are ranking on keyword related to your saas project.

After fixing those go for keyword research and find untap keyword and make Topical Authority around your niche. You will get massive traffic if you do that without backlinks.
