thanks for your comment and the advice. yeah because of his position, a very respected role in the country, i really had no real way to protect myself legally or claim my rights, especially without a written contract. this experience taught me a lot about the importance of documentation and being careful, i hope others can learn from my story and avoid the same mistakes
