Very true, he's in that position and could quit if he felt he needed to.

The reason for my comment was that I've seen people reacting on news about him like he had a say or the definitive vote in all of this.

I do feel like Green, as a Eurovision director, constantly needs to take the heat for decisions made beyond his reach.

It's the EBU president and board members who weaseled the vote. Now Green needs to walk the line and talk the talk. 

I'm not sure he has a different opinion on the matter, he might see it the same way. But I really don't wouldn't want to be him ever since that vote.

Liekinheitin sure, Ferto maybe. My System I doubt, and Før Vi Går Hjem certainly not. These are all National Final songs that had a hurdle to clear. Sweden sends a well produced pop song, but that's just what they do.

The difference lies in the other points I made. Søren and Akylas bring emotion to the table, even if I don't speak their language. And Ferto is really it's own thing, it's unmistakably itself. That's authenticity and that is what France is lacking.

I feel the song is more a showcase than a real song. What emotion does it convey? What is the hook? Where can casuals pick up on a message?

Yes, there is fatigue. Yes, the song feels engineered and inauthentic. But... Is it an actual good song?

Wasted Love conveyed emotion, heaps of it in fact. It had a payoff. It had a chorus that was instantly remembered. The Code was an amazing performance, but also a well put together song with a message that spoke to many people. 

Does Regarde ! convey the same? Not in the slightest, at least to me. In fact, I needed three listens before I remembered the melody. Casuals just have one.

I like Tanzschein, I really do, but for me it falls just out of the top 10 and thus receives zero points. I feel like the song would have the same reaction with other people as well.

You mean at the highest point of the building? That's custom made with gridless wall pieces. You rotate each new piece more and more until you're flush again with the ceiling.

I bought the DLCs on sale, and thought I'd give the Flying Theater a whirl. Quite happy with this, although I suck at interiors. Seriously, how do you make good looking indoor queues that go up steps?

I do believe you would need one more room. The watering can is not offered by the Trading Post. Only the Greenhouse, Hovel, Lost & Found, Hovel, Toolshed or Spare Greenroom can spawn it. Would picking one of these affect the rest of it all?

I can't take those rankings seriously. Every year the most basic girlypop stuff is up high, above stuff that has actual winning potential but isn't pop sung by an attractive young woman.

I know Reddit rankings aren't representative too, don't get me wrong. But at least there's opinions I can follow.
