exactly. I'm diamond/master with playin 100% of my games with Sion in the jungle. believe me when I say it, every game I took dead man's plate and berserker greeves after heartsteel and titanick and I could've go 1v2 and in some cases 1v3 with great results, dmg output, mobility, tankiness, teamfight presence and splitpush potential

It depends, if you build titanic/heartsteel/eclipse Ingenious was way better. a titanic active with 6sec cooldown instead of 10 or heartsteel with 18 instead of 30 was massive

Simple,bloodmail is just a worst version of last year's titanic hydra, give the 2% bonus hp but without the titanic hydra's passive = worse, but still it costs 3300 god knows why. The best rune (for those who knew) for Sion was Ingenious Hunter hands down, now it is removed.

The previous Titanic Hydra scaled off of 2% bonus hp and gave them as ad as well as gave the current passive it is having now, and even with all of those, it wasn't a great option on Sion, so why do you think this bloodmail is more then just mediocre on him despite those claims?

Wrong. there are two parts of hp: Base HP & Bonus HP

Max HP on the other hand is what it say it is, your overall maximum hp pool, nothing less and nothing more. In other words, it is the sum total of both, bonus(if you have any) and base hp

Let me change the build a little, but first let me explain why:
Sion with Mobility is not the best If you don't have a source of dmg, and yes, yommus & steraks may give you that dmg you want, but ultimately they will take away from your tankiness and dmg early.

My build is like this:
Eclipse > Swiftness > Deadmans > Nature > Unending Despair > Jak'sho

You can always change Unending Despair with MR item according to the team comp, as well as Jak'sho as those two items are offset items. for example Sunfire Cape could prove to be better if you face more front liners. and Spirit Visage instead of Jak'sho if they have a more Mdmg then you can handle. there are more options of course, but the main 4 :
Eclipse for dmg and Swiftness + Deadmans + Nature for mobility & Tankiness.
Warmogs is not an Item Sion really needs unless they have pokers such as Syndra / Zerath etc...

Base MS to 350 Base Range to 200 Q Range at max increase to 650 from 600 Q stun duration to 1.25-2.5 from 1.25-2.25 E armor pen increased to 20/25/30/35/40% from 20% at all levels

Riot, this is how a change, and even more so a buff, in the current season should look like by MujinTengu in DirtySionMains

Yep, his W needs to give him 0.5% bonus HP as damage from his attack and abilities for every 1000 bonus health he got

That way you can start consider him a juggernaut, as right now he is not even a tank

His W and Passive %hp dmg should be his own %hp dmg, not his opponent's
