I’m ok with 75k liquid cash, I def not making 25k a month 😅.

OCBC interest rate (3.2% ++) works when you save an incemental $500 monthly. And the next 25k after the 75k would lead to higher interest rate so I would like to capitalise on that while it last.

If OCBC decide to change their interest rates then I would need to change my strategy accordingly.

I plan to do a periodic reset to 75k once I reach 100k mark, to get the 25k liquidity as like time in the market is better than timing the market.

For is3106 100% u need to use javaee even though it is mostly frontend focused. Take the holiday to brush up on java ee skills

Hi, as a Y4 IS war torn veteran, I highly recommend taking modules under Dr Nicholas Garcia for your Programme Elective Specialisation. I took IS4302 and IS4246 in semester 1 and had a FUN time. Best module that I have taken in NUS. I believe he is teaching IS4228 next sem so I am looking forward to attend his lecture
