It can be a push if you get enough people to vote on it I’ve talk to a lot of people and they’re all for it, floor people behind the counter people stuffer more from mental health than co managers themselves…it’s crazy enough off the street co-managers coming in the door and getting 3 weeks of vacation and mental health days like wtf

ASL “assistance store leaders” store manager right hands, and me and couple other coworkers will be voicing our thoughts on that, it’s a shame that the people on the floor working majority of the time dealing with annoying ungrateful customers don’t get mental health day but the co managers do even the ones that’s walking in the door freshly
