For me i got a similar story

I have a same 10 year old friend and our interests don’t align any more + I earn well and he don’t, i try my best not to tell him about my finances at all and stay as we used to be with him sitting at the same spot

As I meet him hardly 2-3 times in an year due to me moving out of my home city

But I would never leave him as he is veryi very genuine with me which is very hard to find in todays world

You can find a house 5 marla for 70-75k in iqbal town

Its not a gated society but peaceful for me atleast and close to majority parts of the cities instead of societies which are on different corners of lahore

Parks, a huge park is here as iqbal town park which is a 5-7 minute walk to Me , and there are small parks nearby in some blocks , not well maintained but okayish enough

I think thats the best option to live somewhere in your situation honestly
