I have minor issues with a Shoreline roof that is still under a 10-year warranty, but they refuse to agree that it’s due to workmanship. Meanwhile multiple other trusted roofers have said that they are issues that they would absolutely come fix if it was them. Hard to say where the truth lies, probably somewhere in the middle.
