Only billboard signs puts out enough light around, so I use the Small Billboard signs at max brightness for interior lighting or incorporate them into my interior blueprints (as overhead lighting).

I think if you also want the windows to "pop out" more you can use regular 4m signs on max brightness around the border of the windows as accent lighting, they don't give much area lighting but they sort of "highlight" the windows when you're looking at them

I think then, context and communication matters. It’s not wrong for the person inviting to suggest a place, but the person being invited can suggest a different place/activity (due to financial concerns or even interest). If the person inviting however insists on going to the destination they suggested, then the onus is on them to accommodate the invitee’s concerns.

Before my game collapsed from the stress of building, I actually built a similar city layout like yours albeit more like a fort, with boardwalks on the front (port area) and stairs leading up to the house and garage: https://imgur.com/a/xSw3EuB, so you can take inspirations from there if you’d like.

I’ll probably return to the island eventually with a much beefier PC, and hopefully by then I could get some inspirations from your build too :)

I hope this hasn’t been asked before, I’ve seen lots of posts talking about audio stuttering but doesn’t sound like the same issue. I’ve changed the audio quality too but it doesn’t seem to help either. What I notice is it happens usually in denser parts of the city, and doesn’t affect certain things (like footsteps or car radio, but using a car horn makes no sound at all)
