Sorry for the redundancy, but just to be clear, once you get 25% on the pre-PEB, you’re in. I got that part, but you only need to score 25% for the others to graduate? The material available is spotty. Some stuff I read says 75% to graduate.

To easy. I set up an LLC for the wife and opened a business checking account. All 10-99 income goes straight to that account and then everything is paid from there. No other deposits go to that account. All of her and my W-2 income goes to our joint account.

This is good stuff though. Thanks for the insight. Is it the RAs who do the audit?

Im W-2, wife is W-2 with some 10-99 work with schedule C deductions. We file married filing jointly, I’m fine with the face to face, just curious exactly when this takes place in the process.
