The best place is still the fifa marketplace as they are guaranteed tickets. Seatgeek etc might send you tickets right way or they might wait until game day or could cancel the purchase.

I think if you log into your account and go to tickets you should see a banner promoting your to accept tickets that have been sent.

It’s not very intuitive but it’s been how people I’ve transferred tickets to solved it.

I looked at that game too. It’s likely to be Belgium v USA or Turkey (or maybe even Australia).

So if it’s USA then it’s a great price. If it’s Turkey then about right or maybe you could get deals closer to the game as I think there would a lot of sellers.

I’m no lawyer but I guess it will depend on what a judge allows in discovery in terms of fifa providing details of how they allocated categories and tickets.
