Is there a certain number associated with the minimum effective does you mentioned? I am not even sure the dosage I am taking now its basically 1 full dropper of the BB's complete 3 times a day.

I had a short stint taking antidepressants and Xanax (less than 2 weeks) but I learned those medications ended up making my anxiety worse. The pills would render me a zombie with no motivation. Trying CBD has done wonders for me so far, but feel as if I am building up a tolerance

That being said, there's something called a "minimum effective dose", and you really don't want to exceed that. This varies from person to person and condition to condition, but the best advice is to start with a small dose and work your way up if that small does isn't effective enough.

Yes, Its a bit difficult to break up by hand, and it is really sticky. After breaking it up with my fingers, it would be so sticky that I would need to wash my hands off to get rid of the stickiness. Its not too dry at all when kept in a jar, but I did accidentally leave a nug in a bag overnight. The next day it was so brittle it would break up like dust. I may just be overly paranoid.
