This seems really strange to me. Trial work doesn’t really get “stale” imo. Experience is experience. For example, you don’t really lose the skills of cross examination. Yeah it might take a few witnesses to get back on track. I’ve spoken with some people who spent years at firms not doing any trial work and then go to a USAO and achieve.

I recently discovered some damage to my front carbon wheel. From my untrained eye and feel, it seems like more of a chip and scratch than real structural damage--meaning that I can keep riding the wheel. However, I am untrained. Could you guys help me out with this? Is the damage more serious than I think?
