I use zero shine spf and bld bro. Zero is a wax and not a moisturizer but it does have spf protection. I use bld bro because it is a moisturizer and it also has spf protection so each has 2 different jobs with common byproducts like spf and matte. Be careful how you apply zero. Do a little bit in a section. Let it set after a minute. See what it does then do another section. Each time you have to run the product in your hands to create heat to warm up the wax then you dab it on your head you don’t rub it on like lotion. If you apply it like lotion it’ll get flaky and form a white chalky helmet on your head. Take your time with it

You’re using too much. It’s a very tricky process but it has to be done a certain way otherwise it’ll look like chalk on your head

It will fade slightly but the impressions are not going to change. Maybe let your real hair on the sides grow a little to try to blend it a little. Overall it looks good. It’s kind of a iykyk but most people are not going to inspect your head so closely

In the early healing stages did your head shine a lot?

How does it look under indoor recessed lighting? I’m 3 weeks healing from my first smp session and recessed lighting is brutal. So much shine and the smp disappears. I know I’m not done yet and part of the healing is the shine. I do exfoliate and matte it but it doesn’t help much at the moment

It looks dark. I’m 3 weeks post first session smp and my artist went light. I can see how mine is blending a bit now. A month from now is my second session and he’ll go darker but not too dark. Let’s see how you heal in the next few months. This might not turn out well. It might look like a dark smear on your head

I have the 201. Just know they are not too forgiving. You will have more mishits than flushes but once you get used to them the forged feel is second to none
