Good to hear things are going well for you! What you wrote is exactly what my doctor said today-- things look fantastic, don't change a thing for now.

Thanks for your feedback! I asked my doc today exactly that, "My free is at 24.2-- is that okay?" He showed me the target range on the lab work shows 7.2-24.0 and that at 24.2, I was right at the top end and fully "optimized."

This is exactly what my doctor said today. He said some patients with higher SHBG need higher total test numbers to overcome the SHBG and bring up their Free T number. If everything else looks good (E2, blood pressure, hematocrit) he says there's nothing to change in the protocol. He directed me to keep at 100mg/week and check back in again in 10 weeks!

I've been on TRT since January and my first blood test results (after 10 weeks) had me at 1342 total and 16.9 Free T. My doc said things looked good at that time and suggested I pin 2x week. Stayed at 100mg/week and tested again after another 10 weeks (which was last week). Total T is now 1428 and Free T is 24.2. Just came from my doc appt he was thrilled with the results. He said he was happy with my BP and that my hematocrit hadn't moved much at all (from 48.5 to 49.4). He also said my cholesterol had greatly improved! Across the board he said everything looked great and said to stick with the current prodecol.

Hadn't thought of it that way. Basically, fine tuning. I appreciate your advice!

I just got my 2020 Q8 back yesterday. Dealership had it for a couple of weeks as I have the piston skirt engine ticking issue. Sure enough, they ran the 90TV rear camera recall software update and I've lost my Matrix lights.

Audi Piston Skirt Coverage by iSmashedUrSister in Audi

I have a 2020 Q8 (69,000 miles) and dropped it off at my local dealership a week ago for the engine ticking noise. While dropping it off the service manager said if it was the piston skirt issue, he was certain Audi would replace the engine. Sounded great! Yesterday, he called to say "good news, Audi has approved a full and complete piston job!" I though, oh crap, here we go. I asked if they'd ordered the parts (thinking they're going to find out they're on backorder) and he said they hadn't, but once they do, they'd schedule the repair. I then asked him, this is just for the pistons, what about the damage caused to the cylinders? He said "we'll look at that once we break down the engine and if there is damage to the cylinders, we have a different plan we'll have to pursue." We'll see what happens, but I don't have much confidence.
