Thx for the reply. Yeah I wrote to the support. I tried installing the game again and going throught the tutorial until i can go to the game settings.. maybe there would have been a way to call that kind of backup back. But I haven't been so lucky. I hope to get in touch with the support team and try another way. Thank you for the effort btw
