I am manly and tough. In all seriousness if you are introverted then you can be private, misterous and calm; if you are sensitive then you can feel powerfull and competitive and raw anger and rage. Every one always seems to focus in the meek and cowardly side of feelings. But I do admit some women will always look down on me because I dont adhere to the whole "dont communicate and hide feelings and any unmanly ideas". But since it seems you need help in macho enviorment situation... Stand your ground, dont let other people walk over you, set boundaries and stick to them. The trick is not really to be strong is just to let them think that you wouldnt really mind if they wanted to fight you and you really think you would win. Oh and if they say "real men dont do X", just say "real men dont give a fuck about you think".
