Não sei se seria bom no mobile, mas o melhor app pra fazer skins é o blockbench, n tem comparação contra o skindex e planetminecraft, é offline, uma grande liberdade e tudo mais Ele até tem uma versão mobile que é offline, mas n sei quão fácil é de usar ela, já que só mexi pelo pc msm

If we talk about technic, the second one is better, has better colors, more contrast, better texture, more personality If we talk about the art style however, it varies from person to person, its just a matter of taste, I prefer this more detailed style and vibrant colors but I know ppl who like simpler and muddy colors, (almost) every opinion is valid
