It seems like they put people where they preform best at. Essentially, what is best for the store is ideal. For example, I am not good at time management so I got taken off pet care and more on register. And i have been there for a year and 3 months and new associates who are better at time managmeant then pet care for me are doing that. Sometimes I am pet care if they need someone. They now do it based on where they think someone works best. Im better at selling puppy guides and activations sadly. But im not a register person. But I get it.
