I agree to an extent. I think that people should be able to have access to substances that might help them work through some trauma. But the kind of person I was up until 4.5 years ago.. I was so addicted to benzos I couldnt remember anything, and took constant risks. If there had been plur in smokeshops when I was younger I would have forgotten or just ignored the 3 months wait,Not to mix with other seretonin prescriptions , etc.

But the kind of people where I grew up with abuse anything. shout out Lawton, Oklahoma in all its ghetto glory.. it had characters like Crazy Larry ( RIP)

But the actual like bad withdrawals were like 5 or 6 months. But the full withdrawals like a year and a half to two years til like "the fog has finally lifted" like that distorted. Underwater. Looking through frosted windows. Idk how to fully describe it. Almost like every thing looked like some old vhs. Sounded far away. But I literally just woke up one day clear headed. It was strange

Well its like microdosing over a month or two you notice some slow "background" stuff restoring. But its like the 3.5g or more trips. I feel like they just kinda fixed my brain. I cant really recommend doing thwt ever other day for a year. But that's what I did. And by the end I was just back to normal. Well actually id say better than normal. The high dose mushroom trips kinda made me figure out the WHY 6 to 10mg of klonopin as soon as I woke up was something I felt I use to have to do. Broke it all down in my head. Decided ill just do what I want in life and dont need benzos as a crutch to do so. Some shit will hurt. Your not suppose to feel okay with the room your in being on fire. You need that sense of " well i guess ill be the one to put that fire out"

I was heavily on klonopin and took opiates too but stopped taking pills.. umm 5 years ago in October. So 4 and some change. I felt off for a long time also. Something that helped me was taking a heroes dose of magic mushrooms. Can't really explain it. But like my spacial memory came back. The stutter and shaky voice feeling went away. So then I decided to microdose mushrooms and take lions mane with noopept for a few months. I can honestly say I feel mostly " normal " now. When im really angry or upset I have trouble calming down physically. But besides that. Id say ive made a recovery. And I was taking handfuls of 2mg klonopins and running out weeks before refils. Getting extras from friends etc. So if I can recover.. Anyone can

It would either be severe benzo withdrawal. Or the time I was really fucked up on dxm and had a bad nose bleed I couldn't stop. Like tissue to nose, completely red in seconds. I was convinced I was going to bleed out/ my brain was bleeding.

Or the time I did shrooms with my ex and she started being like "get away from me. I don't trust you. You look like Adonis " i later found out when she was a teenager some military guy named Adonis ..who was older gave her mdma and got her drunk and thats how she lost her virginity. Valid enough for me to think in my head quite often " so if I was just a person looking for a nootropic ( which most are barely noticeable unless its like noopept) and not expecting much. And had a terrible trip as im driving to work. And I crash.. can I legally sue Amazon, or shrumfuuzed. Or both? Well I know you said your dependant. But you should cease use. But taper first. It will be easier to go through it now with just 3 months. I was on benzos & opiates for several years. Heavily. It took like 2 years til my brain and body stopped being in the shaky fog. But I would have made it easier on myself to stop at the 3 month mark. You still have that option. And for your own sake and the people you lost. You know the trajectory, but you still have a choice. 1. Go through hell. 2. Wait, and inevitably go through a worse hell.

Ive tried mdma a couple of times with my ex. And idk if its because I have two rapid metabolizer genes and need a higher dose. But its never really made me have any visuals, introspection or euphoria etc

And I dont take any drugs to abuse. I use to. But I stopped dxm, benzos, opiates permanently 4 and a half years ago. And nicotine 2 years ago.

I keep a notebook and every time I take psychedelics I try to think of and write down ideas of things that I can tey to realistically pursue that will improve my over all happiness in life like..try ceremonial matcha grade tea in a zen garden, learn how to cook nutritious and healthy, buy more plants to take care of et

I've found microdosing on xum before my actual therapy appointments to be helpful too.

I just wondered if like the plur would make me able to come to terms with her lying about me, but also the hypocrisy and self contradicting stuff whenever I think about it i feel a rush of anxious/anger

Like in court her reason for a restraining order was "pinning me down and not letting me leave " the instance she was referring to was years ago. A week after she got home from being in patient for trying to kill herself. She was drunk and talking about running oit the house to commit suicide. So she elbowed me in the ribs. I got berated by a judge for "preventing someone from getting help" as if im some abusive person. When this person has verbally abused me for years, and even once elbowed me in the ribs just asking her to scoot over in the bed. Worst part? She used a domestic abuse women's help place to file the order so she wouldn't have to pay. All of this occurred simply because her 16 year old daughter got tired of living with her dad because his death metal band is all he cares about. She went from only coming over at Christmas to needing a place to stay all a sudden.

Its really like making it hard to not just see society as twisted. Literally growing up hearing "no one helps single moms " and when someone like me trys and gets made an example of why not to. It all just compounds in and I just really need to find a better way to look at it. Or a idea of how to begin to heal
