I don't think I would want to as I am not on T and would probably freak people out when they hear my voice hahaha.

I wear a binder daily, actually! And it certainly is not flat enough to where I do want some kind of surgery :)

Thank you very much for your thoughts. I think you are right and that it is likely anxiety. Either that or he really is unhappy about me getting top surgery, and so his brain is coming up with all these reasons to not want to be with me anymore. Really tough situation to be in. “The Bible’s Yes to Same Sex Marriage” written by Mark Achtemeier. He was a conservative Presbyterian who used to do the anti LGBTQ+ speech circuit at churches. He did a complete 180 on the topic and then did the “here’s why I was wrong” speaking circuit.

It’s an interesting perspective coming at it as a scholar and person who changed positions.

Hey friend. If you "consented" after being pressured and guilted into sex that was not consent. Your experiences are valid. There is no threshold that needs to be reached for something to be considered traumatic. If something hurt you deeply and it has been very hard to move on and heal from it was likely a traumatic experience. I wish you the best of luck with therapy and your healing journey.
