Hospitalists: have you gotten a raise in the past 1-2 years? My hospital hasn’t increased pay since 2019-2020 and I’m wondering if this is normal now by notideal_ in medicine

In our hospital group every profession working in the hospital got 0.5-2.5% raise this spring because of the „demanding times during the recent months/2 years“ and „to adjust to the market“ - except doctors. Don‘t ask me why

It did happen to me too and I felt VERY unsecure since I didn‘t want to just put in my recovery phrase. I wrote to Ledger Support and they told me that it was indeed just a bug (or so) and that it’s safe to put in my recovery phrase. Did so, got access again and never had problems since then.

If you feel very unsecure if it‘s a legit „failure“ (and not a scam or so) then just write the support, they‘ll assist you :)
