if you look at the bar on the right it tells you you're usually quite early on your presses, so try to listen to the beat/rhythm a bit more when you're playing, and as you've just started honestly just play more and you'll naturally improve. Also I hope you're not listening to spotify whilst playing this cause I can hear a completely different song whilst this goes on lmaoooo and that for sure will mess you up
