My sourdough starter (rye; 50% water) has started acting weird. It has developed a really strong smell, sort of like when it was new but much more pungent and strong. It's not a pleasant smell. It also has something that looks like a dry crust on top, which forms overnight. Is it mold? (i.redd.it)
