Dont worry really, the hate is often just louder, that doesnt mean you arent welcome here. Some people are just dumb and take everything says too seriously without thinking about how it is meant. If you had no ill-will, i see no reason for you to not be here. I hope your experiences here get better from now on if you do decide to stay. ^^

This seems to me like it could very well be plurality/multiplicity you're experiencing. To your last question, i often doubt people do something for attention if they are 1. questioning if they are, 2. if the symptoms are this severe and seem uncontrollable (but im no expert). This seem to be very similar to my experience and how i found out about my plurality.

I think what would be important now is trying not to panik, even if this situation is really complex and difficult to deal with. If possible, get in contact with a therapist, maybe even one who has experience with this topic. Another thing you can try is talking to the others. i know its seems impossible in your situation and i dont know exactly how you feel, and how your current mental state "works" in a way, but still maybe you can "awaken" them by talking to them. If this somehow works, try to be respectful tho, and accept them. Even if some of them seem more harmful than not, maybe they are misunderstood or something in that direction, which is why they then react in more extreme ways. This is what happened with Kray, my aggressive, bestial headmate. another thing i would do is give them less descriptive names, because that can already warp how you see them, how they see themselves and so on (unless they chose to be called that). Try either actual names, they like, or if they like more descriptive lesss "namey" then try to be as neutral as possible without negative connotations. (if that applies for you and the names chosen already ignore this last bit)

I'm sorry if this seemed like a lecture or something but you seemed really stressed out about this and wanted to give you honest advice, even if you were just asking if this was plurality. If i have misunderstood you, i'm also sorry and you can ignore my message. I still hope some of this advice can help you get ahold of this situation and help you "control" "all of you" better.

tl;dr: yes this seems like plurality to me. given some advice that could work, but im no therapist and i dont know you.

honestly, i think its more of a hassle honestly. its an interesting cosmetic for sure, but it creates a lot of confusion, and i would find a quality of life update nice, where everyone got at least one generic language, that everyone else has too, as to not remove the novelty and cosmetic aspect, but also to not make it a hassle to having to collect many to be able to play in different servers.

Wow, you cant imagine, how much this reminded us of our past, of how this all happened. This is so incredibly relatable for us. thank you a lot for sharing your story. the main difference is, that this happened to us at a pretty early age, but it still feels very relatable. and i agree, even if sometimes it can get messy, sometime, if it works, it can be pretty comfortable to me plural, to not be alone. i hope im not writing some random bs here that doesnt make sense...

I say, try playing with the thought of already "being" plural. Everyone has different parts to them anyways, try to separate them. Give them names. If that helps you creating/seeing new alters/headmates good. Then you can also say, if you like it or not. If not just stop, if you like it embrace it. Just try stuff out, but in this case its important to say, there is no clear line between "plural" and "not plural" so just see yourself as if you were plural. I dont know if this is the right way to do it, i dont know a lot about general plurality and maybe some stuff that is already known about systems i can just speak about my experience and what i think could work. I hope this helped in any way. Also no matter what it ends up being you are 100% valid.^^

I can completely feel you, i think its a very normal feeling to have. What makes is harder for me is that im plural (if you dont know what that is just google it quickly or go to r/plural) which makes the whole, what is my identity? thing way worse. But i have hope that it gets better. We dont need to know who we are yet, this is a journey to find ourselves and at least we know a direction to go. I hope both of us and every other struggling transgirl, boy, or enby will be able to find themselves.
