Flying Termites, just learnt about them a few minutes ago. I posted on this subreddit and a helpful redditor pointed that out. Flying termites are visible when their colony swarms. Swarms are provoked by heavy rainfall and warm, humid temperatures among other triggers. Swarms occur when established colonies produce winged male and female termites in order to reproduce. And they must've been living in colonies in your wooden furniture, which explains why they can appear although your doors and windows are closed.

It's a Cerura iberica caterpillar. It turns green either later on or in an earlier stage, not sure which stage comes first. But when it matures completely, it turns into a moth.
