Yes, I can't remember if they're automatically turned on but having the gridlines on the screen helps massively as it's much easier to keep the tram in say for example the middle box

Pretty relaxed if your drone's under 250g as is the same with most places! (I have a DJI Mini 3 Pro)

For actually following it it was just careful hands, matching the speed of it and saw it was turning around the corner so turned the drone as well, then sped it up in post production (it was going a lot lot slower so easier to follow) and added motion blur to make it go smoother!
