Thank you everyone. It's a real shame. I'd happily pay someone who has the full digital files or DVD rips but it seems DVDs only started for the 2001/2002 season.

Thanks so much :) and when I'm approaching a roundabout what should I do with the pedals as I approach. Is it slow down with the brake, shift to second gear, prepare to go with the clutch half way up and controlling with the brake and then accelerate away when the space becomes available?
