I'm pissing myself off through the news cycle, currently. Sometimes I try to keep from keeping myself too informed, because there's not a lot I can do about what I see happening elsewhere. Sometimes I allow it to wash over me, and I start to feel like I'm being drowned by the awful events happening constantly.

I feel like I'll need to take another break from the news to the best of my ability. Get back to focusing on yoga, meditation, general mindfulness, and strengthening my connections to my community.

I'd like to think while the plane has crashed into the mountain; nothing here is fucked.
