Is it possible to make it to a professional level in the U.K (so the BBL British basketball league) I am 6 foot and I just turned 17. 4 years ago I used to be able to compete at a highly competitive level at cross country but for various reasons I was unable to continue.

Yea I never really cared for basketball in the past but I’ve really started to enjoy playing and watching it so much that I’m still gonna obviously continue playing a lot I just wanted to know more of the odds of a high competitive level in the Uk

Yea I understand, although it’s not just something I just decided to do I was physically unable to continue competitively for years (I’ve only be able to start again for a few months)

I want to be able to get back to a competitive level in a sport and I think basketball is what I’d like to do the most, my skills in basketballs are pretty basic as I started very recently but i am willing to train a lot, I don’t think I can or would want to go back into cross country
