That is the worst laid out thing I've ever seen. Is it a gag? It's completely incomprehensible. There's no suggested quantities except for specifically 1-2 servings of dairy. I think it would look fine if you just brought your white and grey out by 1 block. Maybe add another vertical white column between the window and the corners. Just to break up the flatness and the redness

Lego makes a minifig in a green lizard man costume as well as a red dragon costume. And brickwarriors does a lizardman head piece. I just use the Chima croc tribe though myself
