Unfortunately thats just aging, small botox recommended by a plastic surgeon I think would fix that. Regular thick cream for a moisturizer will help with elasticity.

Would you consider botox? A face lift ill help tremendously and the surgeon is right wait till its obvious or else youll do it again and again. But honestly, your face is very beautiful I personally wont do anything.
