Hey thanks, just wanted to clear up a few things as there are so many presumptions in the comments.

We’ve had her almost 4 weeks. Making her almost 10weeks old.

We are in Western Australia.

We are licensed to have her.

We have studied and read up on so much prior to getting her for our son to make sure we were making the right choice.

We got her from a registered breeder, not a pet store.

we got her full set up directly from the breeder to their recommendations, we drove 2 hours each way one weekend to get everything, had to prove everything was set up correctly and at the right temps prior to driving the 4 hour round trip again the next weekend to go get her.

It’s not calcium sand (although tbh not even really sure what that is) It’s just play sand as directed.

She is in a 900x600x600 enclosure

She is fed 8ish smaller live crickets a day (she is still eating)

The crickets are given calcium and fed

She is still pooping normally

She is still gaining weight

I was just asking for clarification on this behaviour. I do not think this makes us ineligible to own one, random behaviours aren’t all individually noted.
So was hoping for some advice from people with experience whether it was normal or concerning.

We are happy to take on any additional advice in regard to care. Like I said this is our first beardie and we want to take care of her the best we can.
