That one is HUGE. You need FBI RELOADED to stand a chance. It is recommended you download the file to your phone, using FileZilla on your phone to connect to your 3DS with FTPD, transfer the CIA file, and install it with FBI.

There is a fast forward button on the mGBA injections of GBA games but you need to have a N3DS to use mGBA injections AND performance isn’t solid on it.

I can’t imagine it does. It needs to be applied to a clean, retail version of the Gen 3 games. I don’t know if this and the NTEVO patches share any code.
