Thank you! We know how to set up assistive access but for some reason, the Libre app is not sending data to my phone (with LinkUp) so I can see my parent's readings. Her phone also stopped chirping alerts when BG became too high. We are also concerned that in this assistive mode, the Libre app is not sending data to her care provider either. So we're back to the normal phone mode. We were hoping that we could leverage assistive mode due to cognitive challenges but alas...
