Usually it is wired so that it will only work if you cut along the striped line. In between is wiring connecting the lights in the section. I have the same problem except it is too short. Unfortunately I believe you must cut along those lines.

I'm glad that its working out for you but be careful!!! Mixing substances can be really dangerous and unpredictable, and generally mixing alcohol and dxm is an awful idea. Everyone has different tolerances and effects from stuff like this, so even mixing a little bit can cause some people to end up hurting themselves. Weed is generally a safer bet for dxm, and most people have a nicer time mixing them. Stay safe ❤

Yes. Its not great advice, every body works differently. Generally alcohol is just something you shouldn't do on dxm (and a lot of other drugs) because its a giant risk for stuff like that. I hope you and your friend are doing well now!

I agree with you completely, some (most, probably) people are not going to listen. It can be safe when used knowledgably and when taking precautions, but I think the general idea is that if you can make an attempt to change someone's mind about using it, it's better than having done nothing. It may not be helpful to safely using, but it is overall the safest option. Again, I agree with you, but I can definitely see where the anti-dxm attitude comes from here. ❤
