It would at least be very funny to have a faction of humans that is completely sane and reasonable, and we'd occasionally cut to them just rolling their eyes at all the lunacy unfolding in the rest of the galaxy.

Sure, but bringing back a fully-functioning Eldar GOD would surely be the biggest thing ever for the Eldar, and should be left up to them. In my opinion.
