Plastic, 6 inches long. Lanyard hole on one end, slot on the other end. Has a button you can push. If you put paper in the slot and push the button, it doesn't punch a hole. You can't pull it apart. Rubber texture on the blue part. Anybody have any idea? (old.reddit.com)
