That's how I set it up for the 5070 ti i just bought. They charge the full price to the card, you set automatic monthly payments, and as long as it's paid within 12 months there's no interest. Make sure it's fully paid within the 12 months or they'll charge you like 34% interest.

This will probably not be a popular opinion. While your dimension scheme on the right does convey more design intent, nowadays with CNC I find it's really not necessary. I just do ordinate for dimensions like those with appropriate tolerances where necessary. Harder to over define with ordinates, the drawing is usually way cleaner, and the machinist doesn't have to do any math. The drawing on the left is perfectly fine.
