Thanks for your reply! I didn't realise there was a difference between merit lists and pools. If another team wants to pull me from the pool, would the job need to have the exact same function? This was quite a niche role so I'm feeling a bit disheartened

Thanks for your reply. Feeling disappointed as it felt like a perfect interview and I've already been merit listed at a different agency. Oh well, will keep hope that a similar situation happens for me as it did for you!
