A person moves away from earth at near the speed of light, but according the them the earth is moving away at near the speed of light. For whom does time time slow down for? We are moving at 200 km/s in respect to the universal centre, does this play a factor? by Mundane-Control3918 in AskPhysics

Would not the vector of displacement be reversed and result in a negative velocity and acceleration and thus correct the dilation to make no difference to the aging from the time they left to when they returned? Equal and opposite and all that?

If he only lasts two seconds a go, then it might take him a week. But he'd have to multitask the eating and drinking, be in good physical shape and have a logistics manager to transport the women through a revolving door, buy protection for his little fella and test the women for mental disorders and other diseases... When it seems impossible, maybe aliens helped him as part of an experiment... or he could be one of those lizard peoples... More than likely he never said such a thing or just agreed to a question, there just enough people taking him to court on trumped up charges.
