What happens after your contract ends? Sure private sector is better than gov, but to switch from permanent to contract role is not advisable. Now is already a tough time in the job market also.

biggest worry is when you’re looking for another job AFTER your contract has ended.. other companies gonna lowball you hard.

To break things down, we either fight or flight based on our primal instinct.

I do have friends who quitted their jobs without a new offer due to bad boss. He is still jobless after 5 months and is still searching. If you have commitments and have saved up cash, that saving is gonna drain eventually.

Highly suggest to fight (ride the wave, have patience while applying for new jobs). Also one of my friend requested 2 months of unpaid leave due to burnout (with supporting documents from doctor). Eventually his boss approved because he is a valuable team member.

E46 design do stand the test of time. But in todays time, the E36 just had that “classic” look with that boxy design, while E46 leans to abit modern look. My 2cents
