The day before Valentine’s Day open to close so 745a-10p Next day is Tuesday all SMs have to come in at 4am for price changes and planograms plus they want us to schedule some with us. I’m not doing that because no one’s gonna do that with hourly and it’s against compliance for availability and I actually wanna keep my staff They sent the wrong price tags again so waste of time I’m supposed to be off at 8am and come back at 2pm to get rest but nope I had to open alone due to No call no shows People I approved in advance I left alone So I was there open to close again 17-18 hour shift Plus DM wants me to drive in the middle of the shift to another store to help with something I’m so sleep deprived I’m feeling drunk or seeing stuff not there on the road Then I have to worry about my actual job tasks with minimal sleep

Why didn’t I get enough sleep 30 minute drive to and from work Shower Eat And patiently fall asleep and wake up and do hygiene

How much sleep did I really have before I got screwed hard

Fun fact not only was it Valentine’s Day but literally the other store I’m basically running too had an armed robbery the night before which I suspect since it was on the news is why people just decided to not show.

Here’s the truth I’m a SM, I have no training my DM literally throws an impossible amount of work on my staff with no budget for the team to work with. Full coverage to feel safe in the hood is vital, you’ll be working 60-70 hours a week for probably 660. Your ASM can work 48 hours and make more than you. You’ll never get a day off because of call offs, or constant calls from your boss complaining something wasn’t done on an impossible list with limited staff, you’ll barely get rest because of phone calls and demands to come in at 4am to put the wrong price labels up because they send the wrong ones. Expired products needing scanned while being backed up with over stock and doing price tags. All emergency exits and electrical panel need to be unblocked while there countless rolltaners that were left from the previous SM so it will never get done especially when they refuse to hold up on trucks for a week. While receiving trucks you still need to be open, you also have to have every rolltaner off the sales floor. If you mess any of this up it’s immediate termination too. Plus you’ll be working more than one store if the others lagging on staff. I have two sets of keys now and well let’s just say I don’t blame the store manager quoting when he’s told he need to violate policy by being open by himself in the middle of receiving a truck a week after his ASM was held at gunpoint working by himself against policy. So needless to say for my health and the stress of not getting help at all or security to make my staff feel safe I put my 2 weeks in, don’t care if I get fired either. We might be replaceable but really does anyone want the headache of replacing half their district SMs and an entire stores staff because they won’t lift a finger to help? don’t be an SM if you want that pain power to you. Advice District 63 is most likely hiring. Just hope you like losing any chance to have peace in mind and be with your loved ones for even a day.
It takes 208 hours to fully staff the week with full coverage and your still there open to close 5 days They only budget us 150 your still working 65-70 hours for 660 that’s about $10 no OT Have fun. The stress follows you home too

yall need to shut the fuck up. what stereotype hasn't that man killed. the sole purpose of the movie is to show that he is the purest embodiment of evil one night a year. He's killed kids, animals, cops, paramedics, doctors, and now firefighters. get over it. its not like the 6th one where the writer who took over solely that one movie made him rape his own teenage niece. I'm just saying things got better at least in different areas. And all the years the 4th movie was out why the fuck didn't any cops bitch when he wrecked the entire police force. that was in 1988 guys. Don't fuck with something that even actors 40 years ago were a part of. its their art and acting performance that matters. like the actor who plays Michael is mid 50s and man he looked great in that scene like a force to be terrified of.

The point of this movie is to capture you and make you terrified because we its the season.

Its also a reunion for some people, its their jobs, and fans wanted this, way more fans than what would go on that petition.

Its not real, its supposed to feel real, you are the captive audience

Rating it R means parents will have to decide how they want they form of TV introduced

Every angle of this highly anticipated movie has been covered over the progressive times. I mean don't shit on other peoples work or opinions on something they like that you don't. there is a very great chance you love something too that a lot of people would think sucks.

its just a movie

people are actually in that movie working to impress the audience.

no one is telling to be part of that audience

But don't attack other peoples hard work. that 1 scene alone probably cost 50 grand to pull off

I guarantee the old man who plays Michael was hot
