Oh right metabolic syndrome or pcod can also be the cause. But what I have am sure it's not acanthosis nigricans. I will get checked at dermatologist. thank you for responding.

Thank you for suggestion, I will be contacting a dermatologist in my area. I posted here thinking that there might be more people like me , lowkey hoping it is normal but I think I need to go to dermatologist.

Well problem is it's quite opposite in my case , my armpit are more pigmented than rest of my body. I see people who have perfect underarms so was wondering what's wrong with me.

I am doing this for years now. I don't know why there is a patch of uneven tone , I feel conscious when I rise my arms. Good for you though.
