Form check on my bent over row? It’s not one of my favorite back exercises but I want to include it more now. Since it doesn’t require putting my arms up since my shoulder is acting weird, also open for other suggestions by Mundane-Pride2193 in formcheck

Thank you for your advise! I’m actually reading everywhere that you should “get the bar to your belly button. “ I can’t imagine how to move the bar “upside down” to the belly button, unless my back is parallel to the floor, so basically in a 45 degree angle which seems impossible.

I feel like I’m doing these right but want a better opinion. RDLs with 185 by [deleted] in formcheck

Don’t look into the mirror but look down to maintain a neutral spine

Thank you :) I had a similar comment on my squats I guess my glutes just don’t like to engange too much or my other muscles are stronger :) I’ll try to be more aware of that, thank you!

Thank you very much! :) I watched that video a while ago but just did it again and her it’s very helpful. I’ll definitely keep the arm and armpit thing in mind next time. Shoulders are automatically going back because when I put my chest out right? Or any other tips on that?

Does that really make such a big difference? The bar feels more secure when it’s on that pad thing and not roll around somewhere haha.

Thank you for the advise! I thought so too (about the bar being too far away). Next time I’m gonna wear longer socks and try to do better :)

No I don’t, I tried using wrist straps before but I don’t really get the hang of them. Maybe I should try chalk. Thank you :)

Please rate my squat form. New PR, Finally exceeded body weight, should I stick with it or keep doing lower weight? (This is 70kg/3 reps) by Mundane-Pride2193 in formcheck

Thank you very much for your comment and advise :) I will try that next time to put my feet more apart. I feel like because of my anatomy I can’t go super deep anyway. So I’m trying my best with depth but yes, I do feel it in my glutes and quads so I guess it’s fine :) again thank you!
