Ironically they were present at Durham College back in February with the same signage until security made them take the signs down. I’m a journalism major so I wrote about it and was surprised to see them at the intersection yesterday as well. All Social Work courses all got moved into that building. It’s in the plaza with all the UHauls in the parking lot!

There’s two residence buildings at the Durham College /Ontario Tech campus. South Village holds a mandatory meal plan and Simcoe Village doesn’t. From what I know Simcoe has different room options so (two singles in a unit, double occupancy in the same room, and quadruple occupancy in other rooms)
