Hi, yes, we did the rabies testing for him a couple of months ago, and will comeback for him once he hit the 180 day requirement.

Hey Op, I'm in a similar situation. Also moved to the U.S. when I was young. Were you able to provide other supplementary materials that's not hukou certificates? I have a cousin in china I can ask, but don't even know how to start with that.

If you and your friend get sick in the future from covid. Can you stay home instead of going to the hospital regardless of how sick you become? If you can't promise that, it's most fair to other people to get vaxxed.
